The fees listed below are for the 2025-26 academic year (based on an eight-month occupancy period from September through April).

Summer Fees
If you choose to stay in residence during the Spring-Summer session, you can pay per month. If you’re staying in residence for less than a month, you can pay a daily fee.
The fees listed below are for the Summer of 2025 (based on a four-month occupancy period from May through August).
Summer rates will be prorated for the duration of your stay. Should you receive an offer, the specific amount will be included in your offer email.

Meal Plan Fees
Most students living in residence and first-year students living in Huntington Residence are required to purchase a meal plan.
Students living in Mature Student Residence do not need to purchase a meal plan, but can purchase an optional meal plan.
Note: Meal Plans are not offered during the Summer.
