Apply for Residence

To apply for a spot in residence, log in to the myLaurentian Portal and complete the Residence Application. You must apply for residence for each academic year (September to April) and for every Summer (May-August) you plan to live in residence.

Before applying, view the Residence Options and Residence Fees pages. During the application, you will be asked which residences you prefer.

Note: To apply for residence, you must apply to Laurentian University and have a myLaurentian account.
 

Due Date

Students starting their classes in the Fall must apply for residence by June 2, 2025.

If you’ve been offered a room, you’ll receive an email that includes your next steps, the due date to accept your offer, your fees, and payment due dates. Log in to the myLaurentian Portal to accept your offer.

Important: You must respond to your offer by the date indicated in the email, or you risk losing your offer.

If you haven’t been offered a room, you’ll receive an email with alternate steps to follow.
