Useful tips for Attending as an Observer to a Virtual Board Meeting
- Public Meetings of the Board of Governors are hybrid. Meetings are live-streamed and enabled through Laurentian University's Panopto video platform. All 2023-2024 Meetings of the Board and its Standing Committee are also held virtually in Zoom.
- Generally, meetings of the Board of Governors run from 9:00 a.m. through to 2:00 p.m. The time of the public session will be determined upon finalization of the agenda, and registration will then open.
- Please note that Observer Registration normally opens a week prior to each regularly scheduled Board meeting.

Interested members of the Laurentian University and broader communities are welcome to observe online and may register in advance of each meeting.

Having connectivity issues?
If a livestream connectivity issue occurs during a Board meeting session, all registered observers will be contacted as soon as possible with an update via the email to the email address they provided on the registration form.
