Campus Event Planning: Risk Assessment Form
Purpose: This handout assists university departments, faculty, staff, and student/volunteer groups in planning successful and safe events on campus. By completing this form, you help us understand your event's scope and identify potential risks, ensuring appropriate measures are in place to mitigate them.
Please complete all relevant sections and return this form to the Department of Enterprise Risk Management & Insurance at least 14 Days prior to your event date. For larger or more complex events, please allow additional time.
