Compete at the national and international levels with the Canadian Mining Games, the Canadian Engineering Competition, and Laurentian's own Goodman Gold Challenge! You could also join Laurentian Mine Rescue to prepare for mining emergencies and compete in rescue competitions worldwide.
Become a Mining Engineer
Laurentian University's Mining Engineering program is a 4-year Bachelor of Engineering degree. Upon completion, you'll earn your iron ring and fulfill the academic requirements to apply for licensing with Professional Engineers Ontario or other professional engineering associations.
