Board Annual Meeting Schedule and Agendas

The University's Academic Year runs September through June. Public Meetings of the Board of Governors are held five (5) times over the academic year with annual meeting schedules determined in the Spring. Special Meetings of the Board may be called from time to time, and are held at the discretion of the Board Chair.

Meetings are once again being held in person. All interested observers are encouraged to attend in person. For those who are unable to do so, meetings will continue to be live-streamed using Laurentian University's Panopto video platform.

The agenda and minutes of all open session meetings of the full Board of Governors are available to the public. Agendas are normally posted a week in advance of the open session.

Interested in attending a meeting as an observer? Registration normally opens one week prior to the meeting.
