Free Yoga Sessions for Students, Staff & Faculty!
Unwind, recharge, and find your flow with free guided yoga sessions offered by the Campus Recreation Department! Join us every Monday at 6 PM at the Alphonse Raymond Gym for a rejuvenating experience led by Raymonde from Power Yoga.
These sessions are open to all experience levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out. It's the perfect way to relieve stress, improve flexibility, and practice mindfulness—all for free!

Membership Rates for Fitness Centre
Day Passes
Day passes for the facility can be purchased for those just willing to access individual daily passes.

Gym Day Pass |
The adult gym pass grants admission to only one area of the facility, therefore the upstairs gymnasiums. Must be 18 years or older. |

Youth-Gym Day Pass |
The youth gym pass grants admission to only one area of the facility, therefore the upper gymnasiums. Must be between 6-18 years old.* Children under the age of 5 are admitted for free. | $7.50 |
*For the youth gym pass, anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to allow access.
**Additional children can be added on at a reduced price of $4.50 each.
Ten Pass Punch Cards
A ten pass option is available as a punch card. All passes are not replaceable and are non-refundable.

Your membership is included in your tuition fees – use your student card for access.
Memberships - Community Members
Membership Rates include access to workout gym (must be 15 years or older), basketball gyms, and squash courts:
- Annual membership: $480 + HST (no parking pass)
- Monthly memberships: $40 + HST
- Annual membership: $600 + HST (with parking pass (lot G or 14)
*Parking is Free after 5 pm in lot G and 14. Please do not park in Lot 12.

Memberships - Staff, Faculty and Alumni
Membership Rates include access to workout gym (must be 15 years or older), basketball gyms, and squash courts:
- Annual membership: $300 + HST (no parking pass)
- Monthly memberships: $25 + HST
Lockers & Towel Service
Lockers are available for members and full-time students. Must end with your membership.
Day use lockers are available. No overnight use of lockers with the exception of locker rentals. Please limit the amount of valuables and bring a lock. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Member Towel service. Price is included when purchasing a membership.

General Facility Policies
Area specific policies are posted in each facility.
- Participation in Campus Recreation programs and facilities is completely voluntary.
- Users participate at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their own health and safety. Laurentian University and Campus Recreation are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in Laurentian University facilities or programs.
- All users must be a current LU student, faculty/staff, Community or their guests. Valid ID cards must be presented upon entrance to the facility. Expired, unauthorized, or counterfeit ID cards will be confiscated and privileges may be revoked.
- The following age restrictions apply to each of the following facilities:
- Aquatics Centre and Pool: all users must be 13 years or older to use facilities without adult supervision.
- Recreation Centre – all users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Alcohol, tobacco products, glass containers, and pets, with the exception of service animals, are prohibited at all facilities.
- Proper workout/swim attire and footwear is required for all users. Guidelines are posted in the gym and workout/swim attire should reflect our value of respect whereby all gym members can remain comfortable and safe.
- No equipment should be removed from any facility without prior consent of Campus Recreation Staff.
- All equipment should be returned to its proper location after use.
- Personal items should be secured in lockers. Campus Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
- Participants are expected to act responsibly and respect the rights of others. Unacceptable language and behaviour are prohibited.
- Photography, videotaping, posting of announcements/flyers without permission from Campus Recreation is prohibited.
- Activities deemed dangerous, improper, or violate the intended use are prohibited.
- Campus Recreation employees have the final authority on all safety related issues.
- Failure to follow or adhere to the facility policies and/or the direction of Campus Recreation employee may result in dismissal from facility, revocation of membership, or judicial review.
- Report all maintenance issues, emergencies, vandalism, or misuse of Campus Recreation facilities immediately to Campus Recreation (705-673-6573)
