The Office of the General Counsel manages all legal matters of the University and its faculties, schools, departments and administrative units, as requested by the University’s Board of Governors, Senate or Senior Leadership.
We seek to manage the University’s legal risks by ensuring quality, efficient and reliable legal services in support of the University’s activities and objectives, taking into account the cost-effectiveness of the legal services.
