The rate is per room, per night, on a single- or double-occupancy basis.

Extra guests pay $10.00

• Maximum 4 guests in a room
• 6% MAT & 13% HST is additional (The hotel assumes no responsibility for a change in tax rate).
• Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
• Rooming list and payment details (credit card guarantee) to be received 30 days before check-in.
• Any rooms held in the block without a full name and a credit card to guarantee will be released 30 days before check in date.
• Individual Cancellation Policies: Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in date will result in a penalty of one night's room + tax charges per room
• Group Cancellation Policies: Cancellation within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a penalty of 80% of the total due
• Early Departure Policy: Notice by 24 hours is required for early departures
• Early Departure Penalty: 1 night room and tax penalty if notice is not provided
