Radiation Therapy Technique I

This course covers the fundamentals of radiation therapy. The course fosters the critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to participate in simulation, planning and treatment delivery processes. The course is delivered by The Michener Institute of Education at UHN. PREREQ: Successful completion of all Year 2 courses in the Radiation Therapy Program. Successful completion of all mandatory health and safety requirements as identified by the program and all hospital-mandated prerequisites. The course is only available to students enrolled in the joint Michener/Laurentian Radiation Therapy program. (lec 3, lab 3) cr 3.
