Business Analytics

This course introduces analytics tools and techniques commonly used in practice in the business environment including some of the most powerful software packages and programming languages widespread in business (Python Programming, Tableau). The capabilities of these tools are illustrated through data analytics techniques such as advanced statistical data analysis, data visualization, and data mining. Students have the opportunity to develop hands-on experience using these tools on real-world data. PREREQ: OPER 5002 EL and OPER 5001 EL. (lec 1, tut 2) cr 3.
