Advances Functions

This course examines the following families of functions: polynomial, rational, trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions. Rates of change are also introduced. PREREQ: One grade 12 mathematics. (lec 3) cr 3. Not available to students with 60% or more in MHF4U (or equivalent) or those registered in degree programs in Mathematics and Computer Science (except with department approval). For prerequisite purposes, MATH 1911 is equivalent to MHF4U.
