Service Delivery in Long-Term Care

This course covers service delivery of long-term care in the context of current social structures. The complexities of the healthcare system are examined as well as the political processes and legislation that impact on the delivery of long-term care. Discussion includes the administrative issues and trends in the provision of services to culturally diverse clients and conditions in both community and institutional environments.
