Aerospace Engineering Design

This course examines introductory concepts relevant to aerospace vehicles and their design. Students develop their own solutions for an aerospace concept or vehicle and define a first-order design iteration. The course also focuses on designing both aeronautical and aerospace systems, with special consideration to mission influence, design requirements and sizing, performance and load factors, and structural analysis.
