Poetry, Plays & Prose - an Introduction To Writing and English Studies

This course introduces students to a range of literary and rhetorical genres of poetry, drama, and non-fictional discourse. The course develops students' critical reading and writing abilities with a focus on the principles of argumentation, exposition, and writing process. The course actively engages students in writing workshops, developing students' proficiencies in peer-editing, writing process, and essay writing.
