Primary Basic

This Primary Additional Basic Qualification Course is designed to provide the candidate with the knowledge and skills required to teach the Ontario Primary curriculum (Junior Kindergarten and/or Early Learning Kindergarten to Grade Three) with a high degree of success. This course will examine the theory, pedagogy, ethics, learning strategies and professional duties and responsibilities required to become a successful Primary division teacher in Ontario elementary schools. Through the acquisition of these skills, teachers will be able to create dynamic and engaging learning environments.
