This course provides teacher candidates who have completed Language 1 with advanced strategies and methods for teaching literacies in the Junior/Intermediate classroom. Teacher candidates will examine the use of assessment and diagnostic tools, and learn how to tailor instruction to the individual needs and interests of students.
