This course entails the study of basic English language principles in junior and intermediate grades. Students will become familiar with educational resources available to this field. Furthermore, they will study fundamental English didactic concepts in light of current research results, including literacy topics in Canada's Aboriginal population, and will be initiated to planning and evaluation in English junior and intermediate grades. 3 cr.
