Connecting With Mother Earth: Climate Change Education and Solutions from the Land

This Climate Change Education course integrates Indigenous ways of knowing, living and being with sustainability education. The course will emphasize connecting to Mother Earth, self and the healing process. The course will take place outdoors, and an Elder will guide the instruction and learning. Students will be expected to spend time on the land as a part of class and for assignments. Prerequisite: 18 university credits. (lec 36 hours) 3 cr.
