Enzymology

This course covers the principles of biochemical catalysis including the structure, function, mechanism and regulation of enzymes. The topics include: structure-function relationships, models of enzyme catalysis, enzyme kinetics, methods to isolate and study enzymes, coenzymes, and clinical aspects of enzyme function.
