Ralph Ahrbeck graduated from Laurentian University (B.Comm. ’82) with a business degree but no master plan. His journey took him from his family’s Continental Café in Sudbury to senior executive roles at Kraft, Roche, Boots and Shiseido across 3 continents. In 2016, he founded Arqus Advisory, an international strategy consultancy helping companies flourish, build global brands and forge new markets.

Now settled in Germany’s Black Forest with his well-worn passports and a permanently packed suitcase he has enough frequent-flyer miles to suggest that sitting still was never part of the plan!
