Named after philanthropist and Canadian businessman Jean-Noel Desmarais, the university’s main library offers the perfect quiet setting for student study and research. Group and individual study areas, computer terminals, lounges and relaxed study spaces welcome students during extended hours of operation.
The combined assets of the J.N. Desmarais Library and Archives and those of the the McEwen School Library are comprised of more than 1.5 million books, hundreds of databases and thousands of scientific and scholarly journals and periodicals, in addition to valuable archived collections.
