Pathways that connect the buildings

Laurentian University's buildings have many connections between the buildings that you may not realize. There is a connection between the library (#) and the Science 1 building, allowing you to travel between buildings without having to go outside! The residence buildings are also all connected, allowing you to stay warm while headed to classes.

Winter Gear and Safety

Winters in Sudbury can be quite cold and have ice on the ground so it's important to dress in layers, wear appropriate shoes and buy a toque and some mittens if you don't have any.

If the weather conditions are very bad, make sure to check your Laurentian email to see if classes are cancelled. This rarely happens, but a good rule of thumb is if Sudbury Transit is cancelled, classes are too.
