The Critical Care Micro-Credential offers a flexible, professional development opportunity to critical care registered nurses or registered nurses interested in working in critical care. Learners will gain advanced knowledge and specialized skills in respiratory, palliative, cardiac and critical care.
This program is designed to help prepare registered nurses for the CNA Critical Care Nursing Certification Examination.

Micro-Course 3: Leadership Through Communication (15 hours)
This course explores the essential communication skills any leader within any context requires to build strong relationships, navigate workplace dynamics, and inspire others. Through self-reflection, and real-world case studies, participants will develop strategies for effective and ethical communication in leadership roles.
Micro-Course 2: Innovation and Artificial Intelligence (15 hours)
This course provides the essential competencies for effective leadership in today’s dynamic professional landscape. Moving beyond foundational concepts, learners will develop practical proficiency in key leadership areas, including impactful communication, empathy, and cultural intelligence across diverse contexts and digital platforms.
Participants will learn to foster innovation through creative problem-solving and the strategic integration of emerging tools such as artificial intelligence.
