Areas of expertise include IT strategy, planning, negotiation, contract development & finalization, transition, management of change, and vendor management in an international and multi-business unit environment. Have had integral roles in the development of large IT contracts up to $1B in value for IT services including both traditional and as-a-service contracts. Can easily negotiate and communicate requirements between IT, Legal, Procurement, HR and Finance to close contracts.
Along with significant international experience, have has a strong understanding of international tax and customs, shared services and integration of business units.
