Parents of Grade 11 students
Are you a parent of a student who is considering post-secondary? Are you informed of the impact of course selection and your students’ goals? Are you unsure of the steps and processes that your young adult must take over the upcoming 18 months to attend post-secondary? This session is designed to make you aware of the journey ahead so that you can confidently support your young adult in their new chapter!
The session will include information on the importance of course selection in Grade 12, the impact of taking 5 vs 6 4U/M level courses on scholarships and admission, and provide an overview of what the next 18 months postsecondary journey will look like for you and your young adult.
