Intervention Materials
You have been provided with access to PDF modules that you can access as often or as little as you would like. They can be viewed online, downloaded or printed off, whichever you prefer. The titles of the modules include numbers at the top, and although there may be a numerical progression through the modules, you are free to move through the material in any way you wish. Please start with the Introduction, as this provides more details about the modules.
Contact with the Researchers
We may contact you weekly to complete a brief set of questionnaires that will take approximately 5 minutes of your time. However, if you do not receive weekly emails, we will be contacting you in 10 weeks to complete a similar set of questionnaires as the initial set you completed. This will take approximately 20 minutes of your time. If you have any questions at any point in time, please feel free to contact the researchers at perfectionism.research@gmail.com.
