The Marketing and Management of Non-Profit Organizations
This course will enable students to apply the concepts and techniques of marketing to the management of non-profit organizations. While the major emphasis will be on marketing, some attention will also be given to the general management of non-profit and public organizations. Materials provided in the course will give students the opportunity of establishing the difference between the management of non-profit and business organizations. Case studies and projects in the community will allow for the practical application of the theoretical material. Prerequisite: COMM 5307.
