SPRING 2021 Academic Session
For the Spring 2021 session, the English for Academic Preparation (EAP) program will be offered in an alternative delivery format.
- Students will learn English fully online by studying in a virtual classroom
- As a student in the program, you will have access to virtual face-to-face classes taught by a qualified TESL instructor
- You will need a reliable internet connection and a personal device (such as a laptop, desktop or tablet)
The Spring session is open to all students wanting to improve their English language skills prior to the start of their degree studies.
- You have a conditional offer for Spring 2021 that indicates you will be taking English for Academic Preparation (EAP)
- You simply want to improve your English language skills
Last day to register is May 21
Program Start Date: Monday May 10, 2021
Program End Date: Friday August 6, 2021
Program: 13 weeks
Hours of Instruction per Week: 21 hours
Classes take place Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.

Students can take Language Institute programs at the beginning of any term throughout the year.
The Language Institute’s core academic program provides students with the skills necessary to begin studies at Laurentian University.
