The Faculty of Education offers both French and English Bachelor of Education programs that prepare students to become certified by the Ontario College of Teachers. The Faculty is also an additional qualifications provider to teachers from across the province who wish to upgrade their professional qualifications.
School of Education
The English-language concurrent Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) admits just over 100 students yearly. It provides an innovative five-year alternative to the standard four year undergraduate degree followed by the two year consecutive B.Ed. found at most other institutions.
