Health and Safety Training III
Health and Safety Training course with four modules is for engineering student's competencies in health and safety. It provides a basis for advancing Health and Safety knowledge and skills for students and for defining minimum industry knowledge requirements in Health and Safety. It will help future engineers better understand their legal, moral, ethical and societal responsibilities and properly prepare them for the workplace. Contents covered in this module III course include hazard identification (a continuation); risk management (a continuation); codes; incorporating safety into engineering design; human factors; business case for safety and safety leadership; and professional ethics (a continuation).
