Research

With respect to research, I combine my own research interests with my teaching; students have worked with me on scholarly projects for the Juvenilia Press, a publisher dedicated to producing the early works of famous writers. I have also combined two passions (history/literature and food) and am working on several papers that look at the gastro-nationalism of food in the eighteenth century.
