His primary focus is on the origination and execution of transactions related to major strategic and financial initiatives. He has held a lead role in numerous complex initial public offerings, equity and equity-linked financings for Scotiabank’s focus clients. He possesses broad experience in dealing with the investment community including corporate issuers, institutional investors, and investment advisors.
He is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business and earned a Masters of Business Administration from York University.
