Sean Romenco

Biography

Sean is an experienced Global IT Leader with extensive experience in the Mining, Manufacturing and Technology sectors. Have held senior program and operational management roles in both IT Services and Infrastructure and has expertise in the full outsourcing lifecycle. Areas of expertise include IT strategy, planning, negotiation, contract development & finalization, transition, management of change, and vendor management in an international and multi-business unit environment. Have had integral roles in the development of large IT contracts up to $1B in value for IT services including both traditional and as-a-service contracts. Can easily negotiate and communicate requirements between IT, Legal, Procurement, HR and Finance to close contracts.

Along with significant international experience, have has a strong understanding of international tax and customs, shared services and integration of business units.

Expertise in these fields comes from a broad career of more than 30 years in IT and operations; combined with an education in business, computer science, mathematics, and project management.
