Thesis

This course is a program of private study on an advanced topic in mathematics under the supervision of one or more members of the department. It includes a written report and seminar presentation. It is available only to 4th-year students of the specialized program in Mathematics. PREREQ: minimum 70% average in MATH courses or permission of chair of the department. cr 6. Students may not retain credit for both MATH 4005 and MATH 4086.
