Human Environmental Physiology
This course examines acute and chronic physiological responses to environmental factors. A particular emphasis is put on cold, warm, hyperbaric, hypobaric, and micro-gravitational environments. The course also presents concepts of physiological changes from air pollution, energy variability, dehydration, and chrono-biological rhythms. (lec 3) 3 cr. Prerequisite: PHED 2506/2507
