Management of Small Enterprises: Operating Problems and Strategies
This course examines management practice in the small enterprise by covering a diverse range of small business topics including franchising, sources of financing, outsourcing, workforce-related issues, logistics, safety and security, planning and forecasting, entrepreneurship, family enterprises, work ethics, and social responsibility. PREREQ: Can only be taken after completion of a minimum of 12 credits of COMM courses or equivalent. (cst-exp 3) cr 3. Cross-listed with ADMN 4876.
