External Scholarships - All Graduate Students
For Canadian and Permanent Resident students at both the masters and doctoral level who are completing their research on the topic of Autism.
For the academic year 2025-26, the program offers up to two one-year awards of $18,000 at the master’s level, and up to three one-year awards of $20,000 at the doctoral level.

Government of the Province of Ontario has established a fund to provide annually up to five prizes to outstanding researchers in the early stages of their career who are continuing to post-doctoral studies or have recently started a faculty appointment at an Ontario university. In 2025, the prizes have a value of $20,000 each and are available in the areas broadly defined as Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine, Literature, and Economic Science

Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) is a merit-based scholarship available to both master's and doctoral students who are or will be enrolled full time for 2 or more terms in the academic year in which they are submitting their application. Application forms are provided by the Faculty of Graduate Students and are normally available in October every year. for more information, please see the Guidelines HERE.

For the academic year 2025-26, the program offers up to:
- Two one-year awards of $25,000 (plus a research allowance of $1,000) at the master’s level;
- Three renewable one-year awards of $35,000 (plus a research allowance of $2,000) at the doctoral level; and
- Two one-year awards of $50,000 (plus a research allowance of $5,000) at the postdoctoral level.

Internal Scholarships
The Dean's Entrance Scholarship is allocated by the Deans of each Faculty to a limited number of meritorious students.This scholarships requires no application, they are awarded automatically. The number of Scholarships as well as their value may vary based on availability of funds. Scholarships are normally awarded in the Fall term.
Values (2024)
- Master's: $1,500
- Doctoral: $3,000.
