Campus Recreation - Intramurals

General Questions

We currently offer basketball, soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, floor hockey, badminton and squash. There are also a variety of leagues such as co-ed, women only as well as recreational and competitive leagues!

The Intramurals program is always looking for individuals who are interested in volunteering with Intramurals, to fill out the Representative Application click here.

Registration Questions

If you do not have a team to register for, you can register as a free agent and you will be placed on a team in the sport you are wanting to play. In order to be placed as a free agent, you may email

Yes, a player is eligible to play on one team per division of a sport.

Yes, non-Laurentian students can participate in intramurals.

Cost may vary. For teams, only the captain is responsible for paying for the team. Free agents must pay the free agent fee.

Schedule and Game Questions

To see the full game schedule you can go to the IMleagues link. 

If your team cannot make your game time due to conflicts or not having enough players, contact at least 6 hours prior to your game time otherwise your team will forfeit the game. If sportsIM is contacted at least 6 hours prior to your game time, accomodations for your request will be considered and the game may be rescheduled at the discretion of the Intramural Coordinators.

In order for a player to be eligible for playoffs they must sign in and play in a minimum of 3 regular season games.
