Foundations of Management

This course introduces the concepts of management including marketing, operations, accounting, finance, human resources and leadership. The course also introduces the role of managers in decision making. Case processes are used to assess the working problems and issues that help to improve their decision making skills. (lec 3) cr 6. Students may not retain credit for both COMM 1005 and COMM 1006/1007.
